What was it that started you on this network marketing journey in the first place? What was the motivation that caused you to say yes to the opportunity? Perhaps it was time with your family, elimination of debt, a nicer home or a philanthropic yearning deep within you.
Step back with me for a moment to the place that you first said yes. Replay the inner dialogue in your mind once again. What was the crystal clear image you were seeing at that moment in time? Are you seeing it again? Great! Now take a snapshot in your mind and hang it prominently in your thoughts.
Unfortunately the dream doesn’t always come with as clear of a picture of the work required to get us there. It is critical that you return each and every day to the dream….the reason you said yes in the first place. It is this return to the dream that will keep you going when you hear the word “no.” It is this return to the dream that will keep you moving forward when someone leaves your team. It is this return to the dream that will compel you to present the opportunity once again.
The return to the dream is the fuel for the actions that will keep you in the game long after others have given up and moved on. Today return to your dream. Tomorrow return to your dream. Put tangible reminders all around you, so that you keep moving forward.
