The Power of Relationship in Your Network Marketing Business

I have been traveling in Kenya and Uganda over the past two weeks.   My journey has reminded me of the power of relationships, especially in your .

My journey to East Africa is rooted in relationships.  I first became acquainted with the minister I work with here through a I had built with a man in South Carolina.   It is through the relationships that this minister has built that I have had opportunity to teach and speak.   During these conferences I have built more relationships and now those relationships are fostering additional relationships.

In our technologically advanced world, we often forget the importance of the in our .  It is important to get to know the people on the front lines of your team.  Get to know about their families, their experiences, their dreams and goals.   When you make an investment into the life of another, you foster loyalty.

In the past year there have been some who have challenged my Bible college here in East Africa and they have tried to take students away from us.   It has been the relationships that I established that had protected our work here.   My “friends” in Kenya and Uganda defended and protected our work in the region.

This same principle is critical to your .  Your team members are constantly being recruited by other marketers, looking to build their organizations.   These solicitations come with promises of “ground floor opportunities” and “the best compensation plan available.”  In the end it is your personalized attention that will make the difference.

I encourage you to make an investment in the trust account of your team.   Get to know them, spend time communicating with them and let the trust solidify.
