When a team is built of well equipped distributors, the synergy of that downline is electrifying to say the least. The implementation and utilization of an MLM recruiting system can make the task of finding, training and empowering your team much more efficient.
A good recruiting system should focus on you and not your product or company. Utilizing the principle of attraction marketing, your system should brand you in the mind of your prospects as an expert in the field of network marketing. In doing so, your prospects are not connected to your product or company, but instead are connected to you. Their connection to you creates a loyalty that will serve your team well in the years to come. Any system you use, should be fully customizable, so that you are always the central focus of any recruiting tools.
Your recruiting system should come with a lead capture form. You need to be able to receive the contact information of those who are exploring the idea of working with you. Having a form to collect the information of your leads allows you to connect with them while they are in the moment of seeking out the opportunity with you. Without a lead capture page, these individuals are likely to move on and you will lose the opportunity to connect with them.
A good system should also have a mechanism for follow up. Ideally this mechanism would be in the form of an autoresponder . Through the autoresponder you will be in regular communication with your prospects. In this ongoing communication, you will continue to brand yourself as a leader in the network marketing industry and you will begin to introduce your prospects to your primary business and the opportunity to work with you. It is critical that your communication be regular and ongoing with your prospects. Bearing in mind that the decision curve for some prospects will be longer for some than it is for others. It is also imperative that your communication add value to your prospects. They need to be convinced that you are knowledgeable enough to help them achieve their goals and dreams.
Finally a good system of recruiting will also serve as a training platform for your downline. For your business to operate at an optimum level, it is important that your team be trained in all aspects of creating traffic, generating leads and converting leads into sales. Your system should accomplish those things for your team members. As a system, it should be easily reproduced and implemented by any member of your downline team.
An MLM recruiting system is not optional for a network marketer who is seeking to build a large and profitable network marketing business.
