Who is in Your Network Marketing Downline?

One of the questions that I’m often asked is:  “How many are in your network marketing ?”   It amazes me that people think there is some magical number that ensures success.   If I say I have 100, does that make me successful?  How about 1,000?  That would surely make me all the more successful.

The real truth of the matter is that success is not dependent upon how many are in your .  In all actuality, success is determined by “who” is in your .   A of 100 people who produce no activity will accomplish no more than I could do on my own.   I would rather have 10 people who will light the world on fire than 100 who just fill space on my sheet.

Network marketing is built on the principle of synergy.   A group of people working together creating momentum and exponential results through their combined effort.   It often surprises people to find out just how selective I tend to be in choosing people to join my business team.   It is important to me that my teams reflect my drive, commitment and initiative.     These are the things I want to reproduce throughout my network marketing downline.    When I have team members that lack in these areas, they can actually be a drag on the effectiveness of our team.

Today I would like to challenge you to consider the “who” of your network marketing business.  Who are you trying to recruit?  Who are the people already on your team?  Who are the people that could make your team even better?
