The 105% Principle of Network Marketing
In a field of literally millions of internet marketers. What is it that sets you apart from everyone else?
Let’s be honest. There are literally hundreds, if not hundreds of thousands of people promoting the same products, services or programs that you are promoting. The majority are following the same steps you were given when you joined your opportunity. Most are using the same company reproduced websites that you are. The only thing that gives you a competitive advantage is the value that you add. This is where the 105% principle of network marketing comes in.
For many years I have been involved in sales and marketing. Over those years I have seen this principle work time and time again. The men and women on top of the leader boards were those that gave the extra 5% above everyone else. The top sales person was always the one that 10 additional phone calls above the 25 that were required. The top marketer was the one that took the time to create their own sales page and didn’t rely on a replicated company page. It is the value you add that sets you apart from the crowd.
Here are a couple of quick tips for applying the 105% principle to your online business:
- Write one more blog entry each week
- Make 10 more daily contacts via Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc…
- Listen to one extra training webinar each week
- Read one additional book each month
- Create a promo video about your latest blog entries
- Create you own sales page with an embedded video
- Create a forum where people can dialogue with you
These are just a couple of quick tips to setting yourself apart. In my experience those that do the extra 5% every day, are rewarded double, triple and even quadruple of those that don’t.
