My Home Business Recommendations

My Recommendations

My home journey has taken me through an exhaustive look at hundreds of home based opportunities.   I have seen some great companies and models and I have also seen some real duds.   Today I wanted to give you a quick rundown of my home business recommendations and the reasons why these companies may be the perfect fit for your work at home business pursuits.

Amsoil

AmsoilAmsoil is a synthetic lubricants and automotive performance company.   They are best known for their comprehensive line of motor oils.   Amsoil was the first to introduce synthetic motor oil to the private automobile market, back in 1972.   Since then Amsoil has developed lubrication solutions for diesel engines, marine craft, power-sports, small engine and industrial applications.   One of the things that drew me to Amsoil was a dealer’s ability to pursue both commercial and retail on the shelf accounts.   In my own business, my commercial accounts are some of the greatest contributors to my overall sales volume.  You Amsoil business can be run through traditional marketing methods such as trade shows booths and home meetings, or it can be built online.  The initial start up cost on this work at home business is less than $100.

Avon

Avon – Having been around for over 100 years, Avon has been a long standing name in the world of home based business.   Avon carries a full line of cosmetics and skin care solutions.   Their name is one of the most recognized in the world and they continue to expand their business globally.  At $10,  Avon has one of the lowest start up costs of any home business opportunities.  This business can be built using traditional offline methods such as home parties or it can be built predominately online.

Forever Living Products

Forever Living Products – Forever Living Products has been in the marketplace since 1978.  They are the worldwide leader in Aloe Vera based health and wellness solutions.   Forever Living’s product line also includes a complete line of Aloe Vera based cosmetics.   Forever Living has several strengths that make them unique.  They have diversified their business with the ownership of 60 resort properties around the world, with the most famous being the Southfork Ranch from the TV series Dallas.   Forever Living also operates in 140 countries worldwide, creating a truly global business for each of their distributors.   This business can also be built using both online and offline methods of business building.   Additionally, your Forever Living  business can be passed on to your children, allowing them to reap the rewards of your business building efforts.  Forever Living is free to join, with the recommended starter kit running just over $300.

Fuller Brush

Fuller Brush – Fuller Brush is another long standing direct sales company with a history that spans more than 100 years.   Fuller Brush carries a complete line of household and personal care solutions.  As an added bonus, Fuller Brush also owns Stanley Home Products, another well known name in the world of direct sales.  This means that a Fuller Brush distributor can sell both Fuller and Stanley products simultaneously.   Fuller Brush has tremendous name recognition and consumer loyalty.   This business can also be built using both traditional offline and online methods.  The start up cost to become a Fuller Brush distributor is less than $40.

Since becoming involved with these businesses, my wife and I have been very pleased with these companies and their business operations.   As we have been building our businesses in each of these companies, we have found them to be businesses that anyone could be successful in with a little hard work and commitment.  It is for this reason that these four companies are my home business recommendations.
