Systems can range from something as simple as reminder written on a desk calendar to contact management software to complete marketing systems.   The real key with systems is two-fold.  Making the business owner more efficient and expanding the reach of their relationship building strategy.   In today’s interconnected world using the right systems makes it possible for the business owner to quickly expand their business on an international level if they wisely select the right tools.

If you are wondering how to use systems to build your network marketing business, here are some key systems that you will want to have in place.   The first system is a lead capture system.  This system is used to connect you with prospects beyond simply having them visit your website or calling your information line.  A lead capture system uses offers of value to encourage the prospect to leave their contact information, this introducing a new relationship to the business owner.  The second system is a follow up system.  Most often this an email autoresponder, such as Aweber or some type of relationship management software such as ACT.   The autoresponder is a more automated system that does the work of follow up for you, whereas a system like ACT simply prompts the business owner to take action.   The final system is an offer of product or service.   Ideally you want a system that can present your product, service or opportunity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   By using these systems, the business owner is able to focus on the nurture of relationships and on further marketing efforts.
