Kevin Trudeau is the front man for The Global Information Network. Kevin is best known as an author and from a number of infomercials that he has produced over the years. Trudeau is a featured speaker in many of the trainings offered by GIN and his infomercial for the CD series “Your Wish Is Your Command” is one of the primary drivers for the recruiting of new affiliates and members into The Global Information Network.

Unfortunately Trudeau is also well known for his many legal battles over the years. A Google search of his name brings up many things that bring into question the level of integrity of both Mr. Trudeau and his business dealings. That being said, those who are involved in The Global Information Network think highly of Mr. Trudeau and the training offered to affiliates and members seems to be of high quality.

The Global Information Network is not only a personal development society, but it also comes with a business opportunity as well. The Global Information Network operates through the use of affiliates. Anyone can join as an affiliate, free of charge; however, they are highly encouraged to move into membership. The cost for membership is $1,000 and $150 per month ongoing. If the $1,000 is too much, the member may use a $1,500 multi payment option, in addition the $150 per month.

Affiliates receive $200 for every membership sale they refer, plus $30 per month on the monthly membership fee of their personal referrals. Affiliates also receive 20% override on the membership sale made by their level 1 affiliates. Overrides extend to deeper levels as the affiliate advances through the MLM compensation plan. At the top levels of the compensation plan, breakaway takes place and the affiliate earns on the production of their group and the total volume of the breakaway group.

My review of The Global Information Network leads me to several notable points. The personal development material offered by the The Global Information Network appears to be well produced and well put together. Those who are involved with the program seem to feel they are getting value for their money. A person will have to determine if the controversies surrounding Kevin Trudeau are something they can get beyond, or if those are sufficient reason to avoid this opportunity.

As with any network marketing opportunity it is critical that an affiliate of The Global Information Network learn the principles of attraction marketing and how to generate their own network marketing leads.
