Magnetic Sponsoring For Beginners

In my network marketing , no training has ad as much impact on my business as Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard .   In the pages of this ebook I discovered a whole new way to look at a network marketing business, by using the principles of attraction marketing.  The idea of being pursued instead of being the pursuer made perfect sense.

For those of you who have not read Magnetic Sponsoring, the concept of attraction marketing is fairly simple.  By branding yourself as a resource in the market place, you create value in the eyes of your prospects.  Value added propositions most often include training or information that is of benefit to other network marketers.  The term “leading with value” is often used to describe this process.   When the content you deliver provides value to your prospects, you become an expert resource in their minds.   Ultimately they are drawn to you, because of the tremendous help you have been to them in learning the basic skill sets of the business.

The question that most often comes up with new marketers deals with their perceived lack of experience.  The conversation sounds something like this:  “How can I provide value, if I haven’t made any money or sponsored anyone into my business?”  Other times the question is phrased this way:  “What do I have to offer, I don’t know anything.”  It is time to put those questions to rest and help any new marketer leverage the power of attraction marketing.

The first item of value that a beginner can offer is in the realm of dreams and goals.  Talk to others about the dreams and goals that brought you into the world of network marketing in the first place.  Talk about how you went about establishing your goals and the commitments you have made to yourself to ensure that you ultimately reach those goals.  Talk about any redefining of your dreams that took place.  Perhaps you realized that your for undertaking a network marketing business needed to much larger than your initial for taking this .

The next item of value you can offer is in the area of perseverance.  Talk with others about times you wanted to give up and quit.  Share the steps you took to keep yourself in the game.  Share any pieces of advice that were given to you that kept you focused.  You might want to talk about those who were critical of your decision to start an MLM business and how you dealt with those criticisms.  These are all things that every network marketer faces at some point or another.

Talk about your failures.  Discuss all of the things you tried that simply did not work.  Share you insights from those experiences and discuss how you found ways to improve your business as a result of the lessons you learned.   Talk about the things that are giving you some success.   These may be things like getting your blog set up, writing your first article or doing your first marketing video.   You can talk about the steps you took to bring each of those things about.  This information will be valuable to others, who are just starting out, and find themselves faced with the same challenges.

It is important to remember that you are farther down the road than many other people who are just getting started.  Use the experiences I’ve listed above as a guide to add value to the prospects in your marketplace.   Just because you are a beginner, there is no the principles of attraction marketing cannot be applied to your business as well.  If you will make a commitment to lead with value, Magnetic Sponsoring will be more than book, but it will become a way of life.
