Empower Network – Can David Wood Really Help You Make Money?

If you have been around the internet at all over the past 9 days, chances are you have encountered the Empower Network being spearheaded by David Wood.   I was first introduced to Empower Network about 3 weeks ago while I was in Orlando at the Live The Dream 2 conference.   In my interactions with David and others, I became aware of this project and quickly understood why there was such great excitement.

For those of you not familiar with David’s story, here is a brief recap.   Just over 2 years ago, David Wood was living in a van on a beach in Hawaii.   After spending his last few dollars to pay a ticket for vagrancy, David decided it was time to go to work.   He had experienced some success in network marketing before, but this time he decided to approach things differently, by using the internet as his primary marketing tool.   Since then David has gone on to become the top recruiter in the MLSP system, the top recruiter in his primary network marketing company and consistently earns nearly 6 figures each month.

When you analyze the results that David Wood has been able to produce, one thing becomes very clear…the man knows how to market.  Let me illustrate this point for you a little further.   In the 2 1/2 years that David has been active with My Lead System Pro, he has personally recruited over 2,800 members.   During roughly the same time period, the #2 all time recruiter within the system has brought in approximately 550 members.   Further analysis shows that approximately 90% of the people who enter into David’s marketing funnel end up buying.  It is these types of numbers that has helped propel David to the top of our industry.

My Own Experience With David Wood And The Empower Network

When I first came online in late 2009, I had been without a monthly income for over a year having lost my job a year earlier.  I had burned through my entire life savings and I still had an unsold house in another part of the country that was quickly moving toward foreclosure.   At the same time I had started a new ministry that had no donation support and I was in the process of losing the rental home I was in as well.   My back was against the wall and I had no other options but to pour myself into my business.  Unfortunately, 12-14 hours a day was only netting me a handful of leads each month and only generating about $25-$50 per month.   It took me many more months to learn the skills of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, copywriting, etc… before I saw those numbers grow, but even then they rarely crossed $1,000 per month.   During the same time, I lost many team members, because they simply lacked the capacity to learn those skills.

When I was invited to jump in early with Empower Network, I knew from the vision that this could be a game changer for many marketers, but the only way to know for sure was to put Empower Network to the test.   Last Thursday morning I took my Empower Network site live and began actively marketing.  As of this morning, 6 days later, I have already earned $1,100 in commissions.   Out of those commissions, $600 are residual commissions that will be earned each and every month and $500 is one time commissions from a one time offer.  Now my results should not be considered typical as each marketer is different.  Some have done better and some have not done as well.

I personally would have loved to have had the leverage of David Wood and his marketing genius plus the Empower Network platform 2 years ago, as it would have allowed me to expand my business much quicker.  I also see where I could have salvaged other marketers who wiped out over the technical know-how, if they had only had access to a platform like this.
